Dr. David Eagleman poses in his office at the Department of Neurobiology and Anatomy at the University of Texas, Houston Medical School Monday. He is a neoroscientist who studies synethesia which means “to perceive together” and is a condition in which two senses are sensed at the same time, where one type of stimulation evokes the sensation of another, as when the hearing of a sound produces the visualization of a color.
